About the Company: Somerset Chamber of Commerce is the voice of Somerset’s business community, and represents over 500 organisations across the County.
Case Study Details: The Chamber Boardroom is a multi-purpose room used for Meetings, training sessions, external hires, and social events. The previous screen was too small to be clearly seen by the assembled audience, and in the wrong position. By blocking up a window we had a wall space large enough to accommodate an 85” LG 4k Display.
Connected to the display is a Poly Studio USB video conferencing bar to enable both Chamber staff and external users to quickly and easily connect to host and join video calls from any software platform they usually deploy.
Presenters can use the BenQ wireless USB presentation buttons to connect to the display from anywhere in the room with no need to connect a cable, giving presenters maximum flexibility in their choice of where to site themselves for the session.
